LA.YOGA Hot is a powerful and nurturing practice for all levels, which facilitates safe, deep stretching and a detoxifying sweat.
Following specific alignment and timing principles you will systematically work and rejuvenate your entire body, cultivating balance, strength and flexibility.

The heat: a different kind of hot.
The body (rather than the air) is heated by far infrared waves. Coupled with yoga it makes the body feel hot, producing a detoxifying heat at a far more tolerable intensity than other hot yoga classes, leaving you refreshed with a healthy glow. The room will be warm, heated to approximately 34-38C.

Sweat out toxins, such as carbon dioxide and lactic acid, whilst increasing your metabolism and heart rate for a better cardiovascular workout and improved blood circulation.





Stretch your muscles’ capabilities safely. The heat and postures serve to build strength and to increase flexibility. Each pose is safely held for up to a minute promoting balance, endurance and focus- physically and mentally.
